Additions

1) Added a check when downloading the Megger 400 series data file that contained no tests.

2) Amended the Microsoft Access Template file used to export data from SimplyPats as a Microsoft Access MDB. The template is now in Access 2003 format so the databases produced are compatible with Microsoft Office 365.

3) Added the ability to record, display and print multiple polarity tests. This is currently added for the Seaward Apollo 500 and Apollo 600 and will be added where possible to other test machines on request.

4) Added a new Passes and Fails and Report with the ability to show Multiple Polarity and Multiple Continuity tests.

5) Amended the maximum number of sites and locations from 2000 to 3000 in a single SimplyPats data file.

6) Added a second Passes and Fails and Report without site and location grouping with the ability to show Multiple Polarity and Multiple Continuity tests.

7) Added the Appliance Make and Model fields to the Export CSV function.

8) Added support for the latest UK firmware version 1.89 of the Metrel SigmaPat MI3310 which has had an amendment to the out of range continuity results sent.

9) In addition to downloading in SSS format or ASCII format, added the ability to open a PrimeTest 350, PrimeTest 300 or Ethos 9600 ASCII text download file on the Download Screen.

10) Added the Appliance Make and Model fields to the Import CSV function.

11) Amended the Megger 410, Megger 420, Megger 450 download routines to deal with the words "Short Circuit" instead of a numeric value, sent by the tester.

12) Amended the Megger PAT4 so that Megger codes defining both Visual and Electrical retest periods can be entered. There is a tick box on the Megger PAT4 download screen in Simplypats to activate this feature.

13) Added the ability to import the pat tester Test Code in the Import CSV screen. By default the Test Code is set to manual so that the data can be edited by the Manual Entry screen.

14) Added a new tick box on the Megger PAT4 download screen to download the VA Rating from the PAT into the Notes field in SimplyPats. A tick box on the Megger PAT4 upload screen allows you to upload the VA rating from the Notes field in SimplyPats back into the Pat.

15) On the Megger PAT4 whilst fuse ratings were downloaded from the PAT to SimplyPats they were not uploaded back to the tester. The ability to upload valid fuse ratings has now been added.

16) Added a tick box on the Export CSV screen to prevent accidental changing of the fields to export and their order. Before editing the CSV schema you will need to un tick this box.

17) Added support for the latest UK firmware version 1.89 of the Metrel SigmaPat MI3310 which has had an amendment to the out of range sub leakage results sent. As a precaution this amendment has been added to the Australian and New Zealand routines for downloading the Metrel SigmaPat MI3310 Aus/NZ firmware.

18) Added a tick box to allow the upload of Appliance Serial number back to the Megger PAT4. If the tick box is unselected then the charge code for the appliance is uploaded back to the tester which is the default.

19) Added a tick box on the Export CSV Screen to Exclude the Header Line if desired. This can be useful if the data is being imported into a 3rd party program that cannot deal with a header line at the top of the CSV file.

20) Added a New V2 Version (coloured) of the Guidance Notes report.

21) Added a new option on the Print Sequence screen to allow you be prompted for the path where to save your sequence of PDF reports. The option to save automatically to a known path, or the same path as your data still remain.

22) Added support for new firmware revision (2.06) of Metrel GammaPat MI3311 whose data output now includes Customer / Site and Engineer.

23) Added a filter function on the Customer Quick Select and Review Customers screens, allowing you to filter customers whose name match the letters you type.

24) Now displaying your Limited Company Registration number on the Invoices created within SimplyPats.

25) Amended the Megger 410, Megger 420, Megger 450 download routines to deal with the words "Earth Fault" instead of a numeric value, sent by the tester.

Bugs

1) Could not Re Print Invoice from saved SimplyPats Invoice data file. This has now been fixed.

2) Added an error trap if the Customer Details screen was unable to load the Customer Contacts list (new feature added in 7.0.4)

3) When setting the status of a previously manually entered electrical test to skip, the electrical test result and limit values were not being cleared. This has now been fixed.

4) Removed the Multiple Continuity reporting under the V2 Passes and Fails report as caused a bug which would effect SimplyPats 7 users who had a custom designed V2 Passes and Fails report. Multiple continuity and polarity tests are now included in a new report. (See item 4 in the additions above).

5) If you Printed a report and then removed that report from the Available Reports list in the Print Setup screen and then immediately closed SimplyPats and restarted. SimplyPats would not be able to show the saved last report and an error would occur. This has now been fixed.

6) Disabled the mouse scroll wheel on the Print Reports screen which would cause a crash if you scrolled through selecting reports. The use of the scroll didn't give the report a chance to render before the next report was selected.

7) When creating a Paid Receipt of an Invoice the new Invoice design (added in 7.0.4) didn't allow the red Paid Stamp to be shown. The Paid Stamp has now been moved to the bottom right of the printed Pat Testing Invoice.

8) When printing a Receipt of an Invoice the red Paid Stamp overwrite the BACs details that were also printed. BACS details are now not printed on an a receipt stamped paid.

9) When printing a Sequence of Reports from the Print Screen. If some of the reports had been turned off from the list under the Print Setup screen, the sequence could cause SimplyPats to crash. This has now been fixed.

10) When adding manual entry tests on a new data file, the welcome screen for SimplyPats didn't disappear automatically which meant you couldn't see the tests being added behind the manual entry screen. This has now been fixed.

11) On the Overdue Tests report the report wasn't correctly group each separate Site and Location. This has now been fixed.
