Some users have reported that SimplyPats is crashing when they click on certain icons such as “Print” or “Bulk Replace” but is fine if these options are selected from the File Menu.

This issue started affecting some users after installing a resent Windows 10 Update.

If your SimplyPats is affected by this issue, please try the following.

• Find the Shortcut to SimplyPats 7 on your Desktop
• Right Mouse Click on the Shortcut and choose Properties from the Menu
• Click on the "Compatibility" Tab
• Click the Option "Override high DPI scaling behaviour. Scaling performed by" and make sure Application is selected (See Image Below)
• Click Apply followed by Ok to close the screen down.
• Run SimplyPats again and see if it solves the issue.
