I am getting a block on the downloaded file from our anti-virus for a supposed 'trojan horse'

Hi PerryM

Which Virus software are you using?

The Update installer was checked in the office and also using an online Virus Check Service with 50+ virus engines.

The issue you are having is not totally uncommon and is most likely what we refer to as a "False Positive" but we will run it through the online checker again.

I have checked the Upgrade Installer Date and Time stamp which is correct based on when we uploaded the file.

If you need to install the update urgently, please get in touch via email or phone as we can look at an alternative method of getting it to you.
