We have had instances where users upgrading or installing Windows 10 have then had issues with downloading data from their Metrel GammaPat MI 3311 using SimplyPats Version 7.

When we first investigated this issue we were informed that it was most probably a Driver Signing issue. While Driver Signing may still be an issue, we have since discovered that one of the components we use to manage communication via Serial Ports seemed in this case to be incompatible with the combination of Metrel GammaPat USB Drivers and Windows 10.

We have now replaced the component where the GammaPat is concerned and can confirm that this has solved the download issue.

We will include the fix for this issue in the Free SimplyPats Version 7 Update (7.0.7) in the near future, however if you experience this issue before we release the update, we can supply a BETA for you to use, please contact us if this is the case.
