Since I have purchased the SimplyPATS software I have been constantly impressed
by the level of customer service that Richard and Carl provide.

Whenever you have a problem or a question these guys are quick off the mark to ensure
that you are not stuck for long.

Then to take it to the next level when I was asking about the Primetest 350 compatability
with SimplyPATS the guys unbelievably let us borrow their machine to see if we liked it.

This is customer service way over and above anything that any other company would provide. I know
this as I've dealt with Seaward and they certainly aren't up to that standard.

So don't hesitate to buy, use or ask about SimplyPATS. Just do it. :D

Hi Steve, many thanks for your kind comments. We don't always get it right, but as a small business it's essential we try and do our best.

As you might guess, we have alot of PAT test machines here and we only use them so that we have a machine infornt of us when we talk to our customers on support calls. They never see any real action! Where possible it's certainly not a problem to lend machines out for a short while, we did so with two different local companies in the last month when their machines went for repair and calibration. At the very least when the machines come back to use they usually have sensible data in them.

Obviously I can't comment about any other companies level of support, however I know the company your refer to produce some of the very best PAT testing machines on the market, and often seem to be the most innovative, I guess that's demonstrated by the release of the Primtest 300 and 350.

Regards, Richard
