Hello Karl

Many thanks for sending the templates in respect of the PAT Testing labels. As discussed today, in respect of the appliance ID, would it be possible for the Barcode to be removed and the actual size of the printed number be increased please? A template of this nature would be very handy.

Many thanks :D

Richard

Hi Richard

The bar code on the PAT Label can certainly be removed thus allowing the Appliance Id text to be printed in a larger font size.

I will have a look at this over the next few days and send you the updated Custom PAT Label Template via email.

I have moved the post to the SimplyPats Version 6 Feature Request section of the forum, hope it dosn't confuse you.

Regards Carl

Hello Richard

Sorry for the additional post, but I have not asked which PAT Testing Label Template you are using.

Are you using the PAT Labels supplied on A4 sheets? if so, just let me know the Label Code if availabe or the number of PAT Labels per sheet (if using the ones supplies on A4 sheets)

Regards Carl

Hi Pies.tonight

You will need to be running SimplyPats Version 6 to use the PAT Test label Templates, they are designed as a plug in to our software and can only be used with pre-printed label stock which can be purchased from specialist label suppliers.

Once you have purchased the supported label stock and have a compatible printer, SimplyPats can then be used to either print a new run of labels or print labels from an existing data file ready for retesting.

I will send you an email with a request for your SimplyPats Serial Number, if you are not yet using SimplyPats then the PAT Label Templates will be little use.

If you are looking for PAT Testing Software, then please feel free to download the demo or contact us for further information and current pricing.

Regards Carl

Hi Richard

Further to my post above, i have completed the changes that you originally ask for and will send you the Custom PAT Testing Label Template via email.

As you can see, i have removed the Barcode for the Appliance Id and made the text for the Appliance Id larger and formatted it in Bold.

You will of course need to save the attached file and copy it into your SimplyPats 6/Reports folder.

I have named the file AOK Green Pass Plug Top Labels (51mm by 25mm) 35 to A4 Sheet NO BARCODE (added NO BARCODE to the end), this will be available from the drop down menu containing the list of supported label templates on the Print PAT Labels screen.

The email will also have the image of the label attached, if you would like to see a preview of the label you are using on the Print PAT Labels screen, then this must also be copied to your SimplyPats 6/Reports folder.

Let me know how it goes.

Regards Carl

No problem Richard and thank you for the comments.

As always, if any other SimplyPats (Version 6) users prefer the above PAT Label Template without the Barcode please contact support.

Regards Carl
