Never had this problem before, but this morning SP6 seems to have stopped working when I try to download the data exported from my tester. Picture is attached. Also it crashes when I try to change the settings. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Details are:

Windows 7 Pro, Dual Core Intel, 3gb Ram, Simply Pats 6.1.0

I've uninstalled it, reinstalled it, uninstalled again, deleted the C: folder, reinstalled it again. No Joy. Nothing else has been changed on my PC in the last 6 months.

Hi SafeScope

I can see that you have very recently purchased your SimplyPats Version 6 software, so I have sent you a free upgrade to SimplyPats version 7.

Installing SimplyPats Version 7 may refresh the installation of any components such as the .ocx files etc.

Let me know if this solves the issue.

As a note, when you uninstalled SimplyPats V6 and deleted the install folder, you should have also deleted the SimplyPats folder in the Common Files folder

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\SimplyPats
