Hi

I'm currently using the V2 passes and fails reports but it's not including the retest date?

Is there a way for me to get this included without using the detailed reports as most of the results in a detailed report aren't used for PAT testing of very basic items.

Many thanks
Liam

Hi Liam

I am pretty sure Carl has previously designed a custom report for the V2 Passes and Fails which shows the Retest Date.

I will ask him to have a search for it tomorow and can either email you it or post it in the Reports and Utilities section of the SimplyPats 6 forum.

If I am mistaken, I am sure we can do a custom report to show the retest date.

Regards, Richard.

Hi Richard

I did download a custom report not long ago to show the sub leakage results in the V2 passes and fails report but I've checked both versions and neither seem to have the retest date shown.

If you could check for me that would be awesome.

I've just noticed that V7 is now available does that have new report layouts? with retest dates on?
If so I'm going to upgrade asap anyway so maybe I can get them then?

Thanks for your help.

Hi Liam

I have added the Retest Date to the existing V2 Passes and Fails PAT Report.

The Appliance Description has been moved below the Appliance Id to make room for this addition, which means that each Appliance now takes up two lines instead of one.

I have looked through our growing archive of Custom Reports to see if this has already been done and here is what I found.

please let me know if this is what you had in mind? If so I will email you the Custom Report file(s).

Regards Carl

Hi Carl

That's exactly what I had in mind!

On my reports it says appliance description and then the description on every item, I don't like it. Your screenshot is exactly how I want it to look.

Could you please email it to me.

Thanks so much for your help. As always impeccable customer service.

Thanks again.
