 Post subject: was ok till re-tests lol

when entering appliance re-tests manualy is there anyway of entering it on the old appliance test or do you have to make a duplicate file,if so will the old file still show as overdue. :oops:

Hi Craig

You can edit Manually Entered tests to overwrite last year’s test results and amend any of the asset data.

To do this select the asset you wish to edit and do one of the following:

    1) Right click in the test result box and select “Edit Manual Results…”

    OR

    2) Select “Edit Manual Entry…” from the Records menu on the top toolbar

    OR

    3) Double click on the row header for the selected asset – you can turn the row headers on in the View menu


Please note that this is only applicable for Manually Entered tests and that you cannot edit any test result values that have been previously downloaded from a PAT tester.

If you have not already done so please update your SimplyPats V6 to the latest build to allow you access to the new features and bug fixes that have been added. The 6.0.7 update can be found using the link below:
