Hi SP Crew

I have notice over the last few report that I have printed under my print sequence and creating a PDF only, that the certificate number does not increase to the next number. I think from memory that if I print the certificate (yep just tried it) SP asks if I would like to print the next Cert number, but I don't get this option when printing from the print sequence / PDF.

Await your comments

Steve.

Hi Steve

Thanks for the post.

Yes I seem to remember there were a few issues in increasing the certificate number from all the places it had to be increased (i.e. when printing, when exporting a single pdf and exporting a certificate as a PDF when in a sequence.)

The checks are compounded by the fact that there are now 5 or 6 (Ive lost count) certificates in SimplyPats.

Lorna and I did a thorough check through SimplyPats 6.0.7 so it may be that you need a new beta version of 6.0.7 or you have found a certificate that we have missed.

What certificate are you printing? On Monday I can send you a link to an updated 6.0.7. Beta.

Regards, Richard.

Hi Rich

More information about thsi issue,

I am using a BETA copy Ver 6-0-7, date 6th Nov 12, and the certificate that i am using is V2 Certificate. This seems to happen only when i am using my print sequence and does not alter if i request either PDF only or Print/PDF. But works fine if i print the certificate normally!

Hope this is of some help :)

Hi Steve

Thanks for the extra information. It looks like a bug where we have missed updating the certificate number if that particular PAT Testing Certificate is printed.

I will check the code on Monday and see if we can trace what is happening when you print a sequence of reports with that certificate in. Hopefully we can find and fix it quickly.

Regards, Richard.
