Hi, in Australia here.
Just wondering if we can get "TAX INVOICE" to print on the invoices as it is a legal requirement.
Also want to put in our ABN number (somewhere up near the address)
And would like a spot to put business banking details, so clients can simply pay by EFT. (needs to be at the bottom of invoice)
Hope you can help us.
Thank you for your time.

Hi Rod

The Tax Invoice and ABN Number have been added in the Simplypats Version 5.3.0 update (due end August 09).

TAX Invoice

The word TAX Invoice should be displayed on the Invoice if the Tax Type is set to GST on the Settings > Your Settings screen.

ABN (Australian Business Number)

The reference to the ABN (Australian Business Number) is now shown on the Invoice.

Users will need to have their Windows Regional and Language settings set to English (Australia) for the ABN number to appear on the invoice instead of the GST Reg Number.

The Tax, GST and ABN Number can be set on the Settings > Your Settings screen, using the Tax Reg No Field.

Extra Invoice Text

Under Settings > Print Settings you will see a field called Extra Invoice Text, you can use this field to enter information such as Banking Details. There is however a limit of 100 characters at this present time.

Hope that answers all your questions, if you would like to have a look at the V5.3.0 BETA, just reply here but also send me an email from the address you would like me to send it to.

You may also want to take a look at the following post regarding the ABN Number viewtopic.php?f=3&t=201
