SimplyPats and ISO 9001:2008

In order to improve the support service we offer our customers we have now started the process for ISO 9001 Quality Managagement.

We beleive that ISO 9001 is an important Accreditation to achieve and that a quality culture is embedded in our business.

We will keep you posted as to our progress and hopefully when we get certified.

Just as an update to this thread, we went through our initial Quality Audit yesterday (30th March 2010).

We all at RSR found this a highly useful excercise and whilst the feeback about the systems we already have in place was encouraging there are some issues we need to address.

SimplyPats and ISO 9001:2008

We have now successfully received our regsitration for ISO 9001:2008

We still have plenty of work to do, but have found it useful initial exercise and on going system to help us.

Currently we are contemplating undertaking ISO/IEC 20000-1:2005 which is specifically aimed at IT Service Management.
