You may receive an error 380 followed by error 9 after SimplyPats has completed the download from your Robin 5000 or Robin 5500, this is due to the wrong download format being used.

Test Data from the Robin 5000 and Robin 5500 should be sent in Robin PAT Test 5000 format which is available while going through the download procedure on the PAT Tester by answering YES/NO.

For detailed instructions on downloading from the Robin SmartPAT 5000, Robin SmartPAT 5500 or any other PAT Tester supported by SimplyPats, please see the included help file available by clicking on the Help Icon or from the File Menu and choosing Help > Contents. Once in the Help File expand the Downloading From Your PAT entry and choose the Downloading From Your PAT topic. From here you can view detailed information regarding Downloading from your PAT Tester using SimplyPats.
