Hello,

I've been doing quite some research into PAT testers, and i think i have come to a conclusion. For the amount of work i will do (will not be massive amounts), and as this will be my 2nd job, i am going for the Prime Test 250.

I'ts perfect for what i will need, and i will buy the manual entry Simply Pats too.

Would you guys say this is a decent option for me ?

And could anyone advise me of a good place to buy one online (i appreciate if you cant so not to worry)

cheers
Adam

Hi Adam

I have been reading your post and wondered if we would be of help.

We are a distributor for Seaward and SimplyPATS Software and would be happy to give you some prices.

We currently have both products in stock and as a member of the SimplyPATS forum we offer a 5% discount for forum members.
In addition to this the tester is currently on offer with free Pass, Fail and a Seaward PAT Training DVD.

If I can be of any more assistance please give me a call on 0113 248 9966 and ask for Joe.

Of you may like to look at the product in more depth at:

http://www.pat-testers.co.uk/pat-tester ... rod_7.html
http://www.pat-testers.co.uk/pat-testin ... od_87.html

If you choose to buy the product(s) online please enter the code 'SPFORUM5' at the checkout.

Thanks for your reply

Would you be able to tell me if i am able to alter the pass limit for the continuity test to compensate for the appliance lead length?

Thanks

Hi Adam

I have checked the manual for the PT 250 and it does not appear as though you are able to amend the continuity limit.

The manual is available to view on the Seaward website:

Lorna
