I have changed my email address since original licence was done. system will not allow me to download test results

Hi Robert, thanks for your post. I will ask Carl to change your email address in our system so that you can retrieve your licence details on line. I am assuming your new email address is the one you used to sign up to our Simplypats pat testing forum?

If you still continue to have problems re licencing your software, please give us a phone call (01326 378268 or 0845 4300789) and we will sort you out with a new licence key.
