If anyone has a risk assessment & method statement template? I'd most appreciate it.

Hi Ian,

I will PM you a link to a PAT testing company web site that you might want to look at. Obviously you cannot copy their text, however it may give you some clues as to what to write. It has some very comprehesive information on it.
