how do i download from usb stick to simply pats ?? i have tried but unable to get it to work , thanks

Hi itpm

Which PAT tester are you using? Is it a Kewtech 74? If it is then allegedly the USB stick is special and must be the one provided by Kewtech, i.e. you cannot use one bought off the shelf at your local computer store, however you may want to contact Kewtech to check that only their USB pen drives work with their tester.

If you are not using a Kewtech, and you are just trying to load SimplyPats Data files from a memory stick? It may be easier if you can ring us so that we can go through this with you. If you are an Australian user I can ask one of our support staff to give you a ring at time more suitable to you.

Either way it may be easier if you give us a quick ring, remember, at this time, support for SimplyPats Version 5 is free.
